Keurig K Cup

Life is lived cheaply and nothing goes to waste. When presented with a Keurig K-Cup as a gift, there was a strong feeling that it would be hated. The price tag seemed more than had been spent in years. The K-Cup came with some coffee already, so it was not long before it got it’s first use.

Upon getting it set up and filling it up, the first cup of the young coffee makers life was poured. It was amazing how fast you went from an empty cup to a single full cup of coffee. The mix that came with the machine seemed super strong though.

Because of the cheap way life is lived, a plastic and metal filter was found to place in the machine. Cheaper coffee could then be bought and used with the expensive machine. This was bliss. It was originally thought that the machine was going to be hated, just for the price tag and name brand. As time went on, every morning brought a single cup of amazing coffee.

The plus side of this machine has got to be the ability to use your own coffee instead of those expensive ones they have at the store. You have to buy the filter separately, but it works like a charm. You can save a ton of money while still having the luxury of a Keurig.

The downside would have to be that there is no way to brew a whole pot if friends stop over. There should have been a switch to change between a single cup and a pot.

The Keurig K-Cup is a great little machine that serves one purpose: making one cup of coffee really fast. Now that it is in the kitchen here, it would not be traded for anything.
